I cannot login into the GUI

Hi,
I have recreated the images for my ip01 and after the upload I am not able to get into it from GUI. I am able to get in through the ssh though.
Is there a way to reset the password?
Otherwise how do I solve this?

Please Reset all you configs you can do this by holding the reset button on your IP0x on startup for about 2min.

Jason,
I powered it off.
Powered it on while holding the reset button but that has not resolved the problem.
Any other ideas?

Any chance you can give me SSH and Web access to the IP0X, if you can just PM me the details that should give me a better idea of the issue.

Hi Robert

Please try now the issue was with your http.conf, in the newer versions we replaced the asterisk httpd with the busybox httpd, a simple reset of the configs using "gzip -dc /defaults.tgz | tar xvf -" fixed it up smile

I have the same problem, I have bought IP08 from Neotiq (French distributor of SwitchVoice/AtCom products), I got it with SwitchFin FW, then upgraded to uImage-ip02-ip08-v509gsm.img (unfortunately I did not reset configuration during firware update), and now I can't login with standard admin/switchfin, nor in HTTP GUI, neither in SSH nor even in Serial console.

What to do? How to reset the configs using "gzip -dc /defaults.tgz | tar xvf -" if I can't loging anywhere?

If you hold in the reset button for 1 min the system should reset its configs.
you can also reset using "gzip -dc /defaults.tgz | tar xvf -" but you will have to do this via SSH or serial,  Can you get to the login prompt from SSH or Serial?
if you can you should use:

Username: root
Password: uClinux

if you cant get in via serial can you see the boot sequence??

I have the same problem, after the recompile of the switchfin revision 510.
It because files tooltip.js and language.js have many errors in france language section.
