Re: Problem in GUI SVN 426

Hi ckleea

We have done some major changes to the HTTPD to enable upload of Music on Hold, you will need to reset your configs for this update to work.

Thanks
Jason

Re: Problem in GUI SVN 426

Hi ckleea

Re: Problem in GUI SVN 426

Can I just put the iptables rules into /persistent/etc? How to enable iptables? In centos, we need to chkconfig iptables on and service iptables start. In the firmware, the usual start command is /etc/init.d/iptables start and /etc/init.d/iptables enable. But I can't find the scripts for iptables.

Re: Problem in GUI SVN 426

Hi ckleea

you should be able to use iptables -a to add your rules
then to save
iptables-save -c > /persistent/etc/iptables.rules
then to start
iptables-restore < /persistent/etc/iptables

Thanks

Re: Problem in GUI SVN 426

I have to wait for a while before upgrade to the svn 426. The Http.conf has many changes. Despite I go back to the old http.conf, I am unable to login at the GUI.

In the http.conf og svn 426, you have enabled login from localhost only.

[general]
enabled = true
enablestatic = false
bindaddr = 127.0.0.1
bindport = 8888
prefix =

Re: Problem in GUI SVN 426

Hi ckleea

This is because we now only use the asterisk httpd via a reverse proxy. We now use the busybox httpd which supports upload and a host of new features that will allow us to expand and develop the GUI further.

Thanks
Jason

Re: Problem in GUI SVN 426

Hi Jason,

How to access the box via GUI? I notice that the manager.conf also changes and bind to the localhost port and deny access from outside.

Re: Problem in GUI SVN 426

Hi ckleea

Can you remove your build dir and run svn up looks like busybox is not being rebuilt with the new HTTPD.

Thanks
Jason

Re: Problem in GUI SVN 426

Hi ckleea

I have just done a full recompile and tested on an IP02 and have no issues, can you make sure you have reset your configs and that you are only navigating to the ip address eg http://192.168.1.100 not http://192.168.1.100/config/index.html

Thanks
Jason

Re: Problem in GUI SVN 426

I wonder if you could send me your firmware for testing. I build several times. I can't make it work.

Re: Problem in GUI SVN 426

Hi Jason,

I am now deleting all the files again and do a svn co.

Will update you sometimes later when I am back to home for the firmware update.

Re: Problem in GUI SVN 426

Hi Jason,

Compilation is complete. At least I saw the httpd in usr/sbin which is linked to the /bin/busybox. However, I still can't find the iptables files.
Try in the evening.

As stated, iptables is not yet implemented in the compiled firmware. It is available n the svn sources and menuconfig.
